Terms & Conditions of MY RENT HOUSE MALLORCA
CANCELLATIONS
A 28 day notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations that are made more than 28 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty.
Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 28 days of the arrival date, forfeit the 50% of total payment or reservation deposit.
Cancellation last moment or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A security deposit of €1000 must be received on the day of arrival. It is fully refundable on the last day of the guests’ stay, provided all conditions are met and there is NO damage to the property.
HOUSE RULES
Guests must provide a valid form of identification at check-in.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in.
Check-in must be after 14:00h and Check-out before 10:00h.
Guests are not allowed to smoke in the house, only in the terrace and garden areas.
Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Guests are responsible for any damages they cause to the house property.
Guests are responsible for any fines or penalties that are incurred during their stay.
Guests are responsible for not disturbing the neighbors.
Guests must take out their trash daily. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in rubbish bin.
Guests are responsible turn off electrical appliances, close all windows and doors in the house, and leave the keys on the key box when left the property in last day of stay.
No accept linens and towels are lost or damaged.
No accept early arrival or late departure.
My Rent House Mallorca reserves the right to refuse service to any guest for breaking the rules.
